Abstract :
The main goal of the current research is to compare the status and role of the Court of Nobles during Ilkhanate and Safavid period. This research, by studying the evolution of the court of nobles in the bureaucratic system and the governmental and political structure in the Ilkhanate and Safavid era, seeks to answer the question of what the noble court was like in the period of Ilkhanate and Safavid in terms of structure and function, and what historical impact it had on Has Islamic Iranian culture and civilization?The results of this research show that in the governments of the Ilkhanate and Safavid periods, the Divan of the Nobles had an independent and important position in the governance and political structure of these governments from the point of view of bureaucracy, and in terms of functionality, it had several duties such as handling and monitoring financial affairs and Collecting and recording tributes and taxes from the provinces, spying, obtaining confidential news from the province, the performance of princes, court officials, soldiers, nobles, and the activities of neighboring governments, especially their military movements, etc. had This article, relying on the historical research method and relying on the descriptive evidence taken from the original and research sources, has done a comparative study of the position and role of the Court of Nobles in the Ilkhanate and Safavid periods.
