Abstract :
The role of women's employment in the dynamics of human life is undeniable, and can be considered the center of human and social communication, and in the direction of this dynamic, women, as half of the population, have a direct impact on the development of society. This research, with analytical-descriptive method, tries to investigate the economic position of women among the tribes of North Khorasan in the first Pahlavi period. In this regard, in order to address the question, how important was the economic status of women in the first Pahlavi period in the northern region of Khorasan? This hypothesis can be answered in the following way: the structure of rural and nomadic life, the lack of security in the North Khorasan region, the influx of Turkmens, are important factors that cause the continuous activity of women in the economic field in this region, among which women play significant role. They have been engaged in economic activities and in most economic fields they have been working closely with men Another reason for the presence of women in the economic field was that men's power was used to protect and protect the nation, tribe and region. despite of the above mentioned in the first Pahlavi era, due to the social structure and development, the role and economic position of women has been removed from their traditional dominance in Aqshas, and a new development can be considered for them in terms of economic status.
