Abstract :

The aim of the current research is to provide a model based on factor analysis for the implementation of quality policies of oil exports with an e-government approach (case of study: the terminals of the Ministry of Oil). , experts and the tool for gathering information is a questionnaire. The research was based on three questionnaires. The validity and reliability of the questionnaires were also confirmed according to the indicators and statistical calculations. and the structural equations have been used and analyzed using SPSS and Emos software. The method of this research is a survey-type descriptive correlation. In the qualitative part, the statistical population of the research to test the model There were some experts who were identified and interviewed in a semi-structured way using a purposeful sampling method. In the quantitative part, the statistical population of this research was all 1500 employees of oil terminals, of which 306 people were determined according to Morgan's table. The opinions of 300 employees after receiving the final questionnaire have been used for data collection. . The findings of the research showed that in the evaluation of the factor analysis of the variables of the implementation of the qualitative policy, focusing on the variables of the role of e-government and its components, the normality of the data, the validity of the model and the fit of the model were confirmed and it was placed in an acceptable scale. The results of the research confirm the necessity of using
