Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to provide a model of Faculty Development of Payamenoor University Based on Entrepreneurship Approach in Hormozgan Province. The statistical population of research included Faculties and teachers in Payamenoor University of Hormozgan province during the academic year of 2020-2021(N=677) that based on Cochran’s formula, 256 people were selected by random sampling method. The instrument used to collect data was a researcher – made questionnaire. Reliability of questionnaire.The convergence validity of the questionnaire was extracted by calculating the AVE and its divera validity was confirmed by calculating the AVE square and its reliabilitywas obtained by Cronbach’s alpha coefficientof 0/82 Cronbach’s alpha tests, (AVE), AVE root matrix, Kolmogorov-Smirnov (k-s), exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis were used to analize the data.The obtained results led to the identification of 13 components and the total effect of its components and indicators was 66/865 percent and the values obtained the model fitness indices also indicated the appropriate fit of the model.
