Effects of different irrigation regimes and biological and nitrogen fertilizers on grain yield and some physiological traits of two rice culticars (Oryza sativa L.)

Abstract :

In order to evaluate the effects of irrigation regimes and nitrogen biological and chemical fertilizers on grain yield (paddy) and some physiological traits, an experiment was conducted in the form of split split plots in a randomized complete block design with three replications in two years (2017 and 2018). It was carried out in the research farm of the National Rice Research Institute of I. R. Iran in Rasht. Experimental factors included irrigation regime at three levels without stress (permanent flooding) and irrigation intervals of 10 days and 15 days as the main factor, fertilizer at three levels including inoculation of seedlings with biofertilizer, inoculation of seedlings with biofertilizer + 50% chemical nitrogen fertilizer required by the plant, and 100% chemical nitrogen fertilizer required by the plant) as a secondary agent and rice cultivar at two levels including Hashemi and Gilaneh as a secondary agent. The highest grain yields were recorded in the first (4.14 t/ha) and the second (3.99 t/ha) year in the treatment of 100% of the chemical fertilizer supplying the plant with nitrogen requirements, flooding conditions and Gilaneh cultivar which was treated with the inoculation of transplant roots with biofertilizer + 50% of chemical fertilizer supplying the nitrogen required by the plant (combined treatment) in the first year (3.93 t/ha) and the second (3.85 t/ha) and both were in one statistical group. Consumption of biofertilizer along with chemical nitrogen fertilizers, in addition to producing sufficient yield and improving the efficiency of nitrogen uptake, reduced the use of nitrogen chemical fertilizers by 50%.

به­منظور ارزیابی اثرات رژیم­های آبیاری و کودهای زیستی و شیمیایی نیتروژن بر عملکرد دانه (شلتوک) و برخی صفات فیزیولوژیک، آزمایشی به صورت کرت­هاي دوبار خرد شده در قالب طرح بلوك­های­ كامل تصادفي با سه تکرار در سال‌های 1396 و 1397 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی موسسه تحقیقات برنج کشور (رشت) اجرا گردید. عوامل آزمایشی شامل رژیم آبیاری در سه سطح بدون تنش (غرقاب دائم) و فواصل آبیاری 10 روز و 15 روز یکبار به‌عنوان عامل اصلی، کود در سه سطح تلقیح ریشه نشاء با کود زیستی، تلقیح ریشه نشاء با کود زیستی + 50 درصد کود شیمیایی تأمین کننده نیتروژن مورد نیاز گیاه (تیمار ترکیبی) و 100 درصد کود شیمیایی تأمین کننده نیتروژن مورد نیاز گیاه به­عنوان عامل فرعی و رقم برنج در دو سطح هاشمی و گیلانه به­عنوان عامل فرعی فرعی بودند. بیش­ترین عملکرد دانه در سال اول (14/4 تن در هکتار) و دوم (99/3 تن در هکتار) در تیمار 100 درصد کود شیمیایی تأمین کننده نیتروژن مورد نیاز گیاه، شرایط غرقاب و رقم گیلانه ثبت شد که با تیمار تلقیح ریشه نشاء با کود زیستی + 50 درصد کود شیمیایی تأمین کننده نیتروژن مورد نیاز گیاه (تیمار ترکیبی) در سال اول (93/3 تن در هکتار) و دوم (85/3 تن در هکتار) در یک گروه آماری قرار داشتند. طبق نتایج بدست آمده مصرف کود زیستی در کنار کودهای شیمیایی نیتروژن، توانست علاوه بر تولید محصول کافی و بهبود کارایی جذب نیتروژن، مصرف کود شیمیایی نیتروژن را به میزان 50 درصد کاهش دهد.

مقدمه

        برنج، غذاي اساسي و عمده بيش از 60 درصد جمعيت جهان را تشكيل مي‌دهد که نقش مهمي در ثبات اقتصادي و اجتماعي دارد (Jabran and Chauhan, 2015; Nithya and Ramamoorthy, 2015). آب مهمترین عامل برای تولید پایدار در مناطق برنج­خیز است. تقریباً سه­چهارم برنج جهان از شالیزارهای فاریاب تولید می­شود که نزدیک به نیمی از کل شالیزارهای دنیا را تشکیل می­دهد (Cramelita et al., 2011). مدیریت مناسب آب در شالیزارها نقش تعیین­کننده­ای در میزان سودمندی سایر نهاده­های تولید از جمله کودهای شیمیایی و آلیدر کشت برنج دارد (Darzi et al., 2013). کاهش آب مصرفی و در نتیجه افزایش زمانی فواصل آبیاری با ایجاد تنش خشکی کلیه جنبه­هاي رشد و نمو و عملکرد گیاه را تحت تأثیر قرار می­دهد (Jaleel et al., 2009; Rezaei et al., 2017).

        کود نیز یکی دیگر از نهاده‌هایی است که در رشد و نمو گیاه برنج موثر است (Cramelita et al., 2011). نیتروژن یکی از مهمترین عناصرکلیدی، پرمصرف و تعیین­کننده رشد و عملکرد در گیاه می­باشد. محدودیت عناصر غذایی در مرحله رشد رویشی سبب کاهش ذخیره­سازی مواد غذایی و در نهایت کاهش عملکرد می­گردد. هر چند استفاده از کودهای معدنی ظاهراً سریع­ترین راه برای تأمین حاصلخیزی خاک به شمار می­رود، ولی هزینه­های زیاد مصرف کود همراه با آلودگی و تخریب محیط زیست و منابع آب و خاک و حتی کاهش عملکرد نگران کننده است (Divsalar et al., 2011؛Pampolino et al., 2007; Hassegawa et al., 2008). 

        کودهاي زیستی متشکل از ریزجانداران مفیدي هستند که هر یک به منظور خاصی مانند تثبیت نیتروژن، رهاسازي یون­هاي فسفات، پتاسیم، آهن و غیره تولید می­شوند. این میکروارگانیسم­ها معمولاً در اطراف ریشه مستقر شده و گیاه را در جذب عناصر یاري می­کنند (Mustafavi and Jalilian, 2019). کودهای زیستی، حاوی مواد نگهدارنده­ای با جمعیت متراکم از یک یا چند نوع میکرو ارگانیسم مفید خاکزی هستند و یا به‌صورت فرآورده متابولیکی این موجودات می‌باشند که به منظور بهبود حاصلخیزی خاک و عرضه مناسب عناصر غذایی مورد نیاز در یک سیستم کشاورزی پایدار به­کار می­روند (Amani et al., 2017). کاربرد صحیح کودهای زیستی می­تواند وابستگی به کودهای شیمیایی را برای بهبود تولید پایدار و ارگانیک از طریق کاهش اتلاف عناصر غذایی در محیط کاهش و کارآیی استفاده از مواد غذایی را افزایش دهد 
(Zhao et al., 2010; Ye et al., 2011).اکنون مسلم شده است که این میکروارگانیسم­ها بیش از یک نقش دارند، یعنی علاوه بر کمک به جذب عنصري خاص باعث جذب سایر عناصر، کاهش بیماري­ها، بهبود ساختمان خاك، تحریک بیشتر رشد گیاه و افزایش کمی و کیفی محصول و افزایش مقاومت گیاه به تنش­هاي محیطی می‌شوند ( Asadi et al., 2017؛Nagananda et al., 2010). تاکنون مطالعات مختلفی در این زمینه روی برنج انجام شده است. در تحقیقی مشخص شد که تلقیح باکتری آزوسپیریلوم و افزایش مقدار کود نیتروژن مصرفی سبب افرایش معنی­دار عملکرد دانه گردید (Moslehi et al., 2016). در مطالعه­ای دیگر عملکرد دانه برنج تحت تأثیر اثرات نیتروژن و کود زیستی قرار گرفت و بیش­ترین عملکرد دانه برنج در مصرف 120 کیلوگرم در هکتار نیتروژن و کاربرد توآم میکوریز با باکتری محرک رشد به­دست آمد 
(Zad behtoui et al., 2019).  مصرف باکتری­های آزوسپیریلوم و ازتوباکتر، باعث افزایش تعداد دانه در غلات گردید (Zafarian et al., 2011). یکی از راه­های بهبود کارآیی مصرف کودهای نیتروژنه و کاهش تلفات آن، مصرف همزمان کودهای آلی و زیستی با کودهای شیمیایی است.

        با توجه به کمبود آب در سالیان اخیر برای اکثر مناطق برنج­کاری استان گیلان و اهمیت مدیریت آب و کاهش مصرف کودهای شیمیایی و استفاده ترکیبی از کودهای آلی در این محصول، هدف از اجرای تحقیق بررسی تأثیر کود زیستی به همراه کود شیمیایی نیتروژن در شرایط غرقاب و دورهای آبیاری متفاوت روی عملکرد و برخی دیگر از صفات فیزیولوژیک وابسته به عملکرد دو رقم برنج در شالیزارهای استان گیلان بوده است. 

 

مواد و روش­ها

        این تحقیق در مزرعه تحقیقاتی موسسه تحقیقات برنج کشور واقع در حومه شهرستان رشت به صورت کرت­هاي دوبار خرد شده در قالب طرح بلوك­هاي كامل تصادفي با سه تکرار در طی سال­های زراعی
97-1396 و 98-1397 اجرا شد.

        تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل فواصل آبیاری به‌عنوان عامل اصلی در سه سطح غرقاب دائم آب با ارتفاع آب 5 سانتی­متر،  آبیاری هر 10 روز و آبیاری هر 15 روز یکبار، کود زیستی و شیمیایی نیتروژن به‌عنوان عامل فرعی  در سه سطح تلقیح ریشه نشاء با کود زیستی، تلقیح ریشه نشاء با کود زیستی + 50 درصد کود شیمیایی نیتروژن مورد نیاز گیاه و 100 درصد کود شیمیایی تأمین کننده نیتروژن  مورد نیاز گیاه طبق آزمایش خاک و رقم به‌عنوان عامل فرعی فرعی د دو سطح ارقام هاشمی و گیلانه برنج بود. 

شرایط اقلیمی و خصوصیات فیزیکوشیمیایی خاک مزرعه آزمایشی: ارتفاع محل آزمایش از سطح دریای آزاد 36 متر و با مختصات جغرافیایی عرض 37 درجه و 16 دقیقه شمالی و طول 49 درجه و 36 دقیقه شرقی بود. آب و هوای منطقه معتدل و مرطوب و میزان بارندگی سالانه بر حسب میانگین 10 ساله برابر با 1330 میلی­متر است (Guilan Meteorological Quarterly, 2019). برخی خصوصیات خاک محل تحقیق و خصوصیات آب و هواشناسی در فصل زراعی به ترتیب در جداول (1) و (2) آمده است.

نحوه کشت و اعمال تیمارهای آزمایشی: مزرعه محل انجام آزمايش  در هر دوسال تحقیق در سه بازه زمانی اسفند، اواسط ارديبهشت همزمان با احداث خزانه و همزمان با نشاءكاري برنج انجام شد. بذور در خزانه و زیر پوشش پلاستیکی پرورش داده شده و هنگامی که سن نشاء 25 روز (ارتفاع نشاءها 20 تا 25 سانتی­متر) رسید بعد از تلقیح ریشه نشاءها با کود زیستی (نیتروکسین) به صورت شستشو ریشه نشاء با آب و سپس مه­پاشی محلول زیستی به ریشه­ها در تیمارهای مورد نیاز، به زمین اصلی منتقل شدند.

        کود زیستی مورد استفاده تلفیقی از دو باکتری ازتوباکتر کروکوکوم (Azotobacter chroococcum) و آزوسپیریلوم برازیلنس (Azospirillum brasilense) با غلظت­های 108 سلول زنده در هر میلی­لیتر بود که از شرکت تجاری فناوری زیستی مهرآسیا تهیه و در آزمایشگاه بیولوژی موسسه از نظر کیفی و زنده بودن باکتری­ها بررسی شد. باکتری­های موجود در کود زیستی نیتروکسین افزون بر تثبیت هوا و متعادل کردن جذب عناصر اصلی پرمصرف و ریز مغذی مورد نیاز با سنتز و ترشح مواد محرک رشد گیاه نظیر انواع هورمون­های تنظیم­کننده موجب رشد و توسعه ریشه و قسمت‌های هوایی گیاهان می­گردد (Tale and Mojadam, 2017). تلقیح با کودهای زیستی به علت حساس بودن باکتری­ها به نور و گرما در سایه انجام شد (Talaei and Amini, 2015). میزان دقیق کود شیمیایی و نوع آن بر اساس آزمون خاک و توصیه کلی کارشناسان موسسه برنج برآورد و سپس به صورت 50 درصدکود نیتروژن از منبع اوره (46 درصد نیتروژن) در زمان نشاکاری به همراه 25 درصد آن در زمان پنجه­دهی و 25 درصد نیز در زمان ظهور خوشه به خاک افزوده شد. کود فسفره از منبع سوپرفسفات تریپل به میزان 45 کیلوگرم در هکتار (Esfahani et al., 2005) و پتاسه از منبع کلرور پتاسیم به میزان 100 کیلوگرم در هکتار (Faraji et al., 2017) در زمان شخم اول و آخرین مرحله آماده­سازی زمین قبل از نشاءکاری به خاک اضافه گردید. آرایش کشت برنج  20×20 سانتی­متر، ابعاد هر کرت آزمایشی 6×3 متر بود و مرز بین کرت­ها با پلاستیک شفاف برای جلوگیری از نفوذ کود از کرت مجاور پوشانده شده بود. جهت سهولت در نمونه­گیری و رفت و آمد در داخل کرت­ها، 50 سانتی­متر فاصله بین تیمارها در نظر گرفته شد. جهت به‌منظور کاشت یکنواخت برنج به کمک مارکر به فواصل 20×20 سانتی­متر اقدام به علامت­گذاری محل آزمایش گردید. برای مبارزه با کرم ساقه­خوار برنج از گرانول دیازینون 5 درصد در زمان­های وجین و گلدهی به میزان 30 کیلوگرم در هکتار استفاده گردید و برای مبارزه با علف­های هرز، وجین دستی در دو نوبت 25 و 50 روز پس از نشاءکاری انجام شد. برای تعیین تیمارهای آبیاری از تخلیه رطوبتی خاک استفاده شد و تأمین کامل نیاز آبی گیاه (غرقاب) به عنوان تیمار 100 درصد آبیاری و تیمارهای دور آبیاری 10 روز و 15 روز یکبار به عنوان درصدی از این مقدار در نظر گرفته شد. مدت زمان و میزان آبیاری در هر مرحله با تعیین عمق ریشه و اندازه­گیری رطوبت خاک به روش وزنی و لایه مربوطه محاسبه شد.

ارزیابی تعیین محتوای نسبی آب برگ (RWC): برای بررسی محتوای نسبی آب برگ نمونه‌گیری برگ­هاي کاملاً توسعه­یافته در دو نوبت در صبح زود و در مراحل اواخر پنجه­دهی و ابتدای گلدهی انجام شد. نمونه­برداری با استفاده از قیچی از آخرین برگ توسعه یافته در تمامی تیمارهای آزمایشی انجام و نمونه­ها بلافاصله درون یخ قرار گرفته و در آزمایشگاه وزن تر آنها با ترازوی دیجیتالی اندازه­گیری و سپس تمامی نمونه­‏ها در آب مقطر قرار داده شد و به مدت 24 ساعت در سرد­خانه در دمای 4 درجه سانتی­‎گراد نگهداری شدند. پس از 24 ساعت وزن اشباع برگ­ها اندازه­گیری و برگ­ها به مدت 24  ساعت دیگر در دمای 70 درجه سانتی­‎گراد در آون قرار گرفته و وزن خشک هر کدام اندازه‌‎گیری شد. با قرار دادن اعداد حاصل از توزین در فرمول زیر محتوای نسبی آب برگ محاسبه شد (Almeselmani et al., 2015 ).

ارزیابی کلروفیل برگ: در دو مرحله اواخر پنجه­دهی و ابتدای گلدهی تعداد چهار کپه در هر کرت به­طور تصادفی انتخاب و مقدار نسبی کلروفیل برگ توسعه یافته به­صورت غیر مستقیم و بدون ایجاد تخریب در برگ­ها، با استفاده از دستگاه SPAD یا کلروفیل­متر (مدل Minolta SPAD- 502) تعیین شد. به این منظور، از هر کرت 30 برگ در موقعیت مشابه (برگ‌های بالای کانوپی) در روی بوته­های مختلف انتخاب و میزان کلروفیل آن­ها با استفاده از دستگاه فوق تعیین و نهایتاً میانگین این اعداد به‌عنوان عدد کلروفیل­متر ثبت گردید (Nahvi and Sabori, 2009).

ارزیابی میزان پروتئین دانه و پرولین برگ: میزان پروتئین دانه برنج از روی درصد نیتروژن نمونه با استفاده از روش کجلدال تعیین شد. با اندازه­گیری میزان نیتروژن، میزان پروتئین از حاصل­ضرب درصد نیتروژن در عدد 25/6 به­دست آمد (Raie et al., 2015). اسید آمینه پرولین با دستگاه اسپکتروفتومتر اندازه­گیری شد (Bates, 1973).

ارزیابی کارایی زراعی مصرف نیتروژن: کارایی زراعی مصرف نیتروژن عبارت است از اختلاف میزان دانه تولید شده (عملکرد شلتوک) در کرت تیمار شده با شاهد به کل نیتروژن مصرف شده و از رابطه زیر محاسبه شد (Vennila and Jayanthi, 2006):

 

ارزیابی عملکرد شلتوک: جهت تعیین عملکرد شلتوک نیز با رعایت اثر حاشیه ای،  دو مترمربع از هر کرت در مرحله رسیدگی کامل برداشت گردید و پس از محاسبه، بر حسب تن در هکتار بیان شد. قبل از انجام تجزیه داده­ها، به منظور اطمینان از یکنواختی واریانس اشتباه آزمایشی از آزمون بارتلت استفاده شد.

        تجزیه واریانس و محاسبات آماری با استفاده از نرم­افزارهای SAS نسخه 9 (SAS, 2002) انجام و میانگین صفات مورد مطالعه با استفاده از آزمون توکی در سطح احتمال 5 درصد مورد مقایسه قرار گرفتند. جهت بررسی نرمال بودن داده­ها از آزمون­های مربوط به برنامه SAS و با روش PROC STEP استفاده گردید.

 

نتایج

عدد کلروفیل­متر: تجزیه نتایج تجزیه واریانس داده­ها نشان داد که عدد کلروفیل­متر تحت تأثیر عوامل آبیاری، کود و رقم قرار گرفت. اثر سه گانه آبیاری، کود و رقم در مرحله اول و اثر دوگانه آبیاری و کود در مرحله دوم بر این صفت معنی­دار شد (جدول 3). مقایسه میانگین داده­ها نشان داد که با افزایش دور آبیاری میزان کلروفیل کاهش یافت که این کاهش در دور آبیاری 15 روز نسبت به شاهد معنی­دار و در دور آبیاری 10 روز نسبت به شاهد معنی­دار نبود (جدول 4). بین ارقام نیز رقم هاشمی وضعیت بهتری از نظر عدد کلروفیل­متر نسبت به رقم گیلانه در هر دو مرحله نشان داد. در مطالعه حاضرکوددهی سبب بهبود عدد کلروفیل­متر شد. مصرف 100 درصد کود نیتروژنه و مصرف کود زیستی + 50 درصد کود شیمیایی نیتروژن مورد نیاز به­ترتیب 9/39 و 2/37 را در مرحله اول و 8/32 و 5/32 عدد کلروفیل­متر را در مرحله دوم نشان دادند (جدول 4). بین دو تیمار مصرف 100 درصد کود شیمیایی تأمین کننده نیتروژن مورد نیاز گیاه و مصرف تلقیح ریشه نشاء با کود زیستی + 50 درصد کود شیمیایی نیتروژن مورد نیاز گیاه تفاوت معنی­داری از نظر عدد کلروفیل­متر مشاهده نشد.

محتوای نسبی آب برگ: نتایج طبق نتایج تجزیه واریانس، اثر آبیاری، کود و رقم روی محتوای نسبی آب برگ در دو مرحله نمونه­برداری معنی­دار است (جدول 3). نتایج حاصل از مقایسه میانگین محتوای نسبی آب برگ در مرحله اول (پنجه­دهی) نشان داد که اثر سه­گانه آبیاری، کود و رقم معنی­دار شد. تیمار تلقیح ریشه نشاء با کود زیستی + 50 درصد کود شیمیایی نیتروژن مورد نیاز گیاه، شرایط غرقاب و رقم هاشمی دارای بالاترین محتوی نسبی آب برگ (1/88) بود. همچنین این رقم در دور آبیاری 15 روز و قرار دادن نشاءها در کود زیستی کم­ترین محتوای نسبی آب برگ را داشت. بین آبیاری غرقاب دائم و دور آبیاری 10 روز نیز تفاوت معنی­داری مشاهده نشد. در تمامی تیمارها میزان محتوای نسبی آب برگ در مرحله اول بالاتر از مرحله دوم نمونه­برداری بود. در مرحله دوم (گلدهی) اثر دوگانه کود و رقم بر محتوای نسبی آب برگ معنی­دار شدند. مقایسه میانگین‌ها در این مرحله  نشان داد که رقم هاشمی محتوای نسبی آب بالاتری داشت. نتایج در مرحله گلدهی نیز حاکی از آن بود که افزایش فاصله آبیاری باعث کاهش محتوای نسبی آب برگ گردید. کوددهی نیز نسبت به تیمار قراردادن نشاءها در کود زیستی سبب بهبود محتوای نسبی آب برگ در شرایط تنش و غرقابی شد.

درصد پروتئین دانه: در بررسی نتایج حاصل از تجزیه واریانس، برهمکنش سه عامل مورد مطالعه آبیاری، کود و رقم بر صفت درصد پروتئین دانه معنی­دار بود (جدول 3). در سال اول و دوم درصد پروتئین دانه تحت تأثیر اثر سه ­گانه آبیاری در کوددهی در رقم معنی­دار بود (جدول 4). درصد پروتئین دانه در دو سال مشابه هم بوده، به­طوری با افزایش دور آبیاری از درصد پروتئین دانه کاسته شده و همچنین با مصرف کود زیستی و شیمیایی در خاک درصد پروتئین دانه نسبت به قرار دادن نشاء­ها در کود زیستی شرایط بهتری را نشان دادند. در سال اول بالاترین درصد پروتئین دانه در رقم هاشمی، فاصله آبیاری 15 روز و مصرف 100 درصد کود نیتروژنه (29/11) مشاهده شد. کم­ترین درصد پروتئین دانه در رقم گیلانه، آبیاری غرقاب و قرار دادن نشاءها در کود زیستی (3/6) مشاهده گردید (جدول 4). در سال دوم نیز روند مشابهی مشاهده شد و رقم هاشمی در همه سطوح آبیاری و کوددهی نسبت به رقم گیلانه درصد پروتیئن دانه بهتری را نشان داد. درصد پروتئین دانه در سال اول آزمایش بیش­تر از سال دوم بود. در سال دوم مطالعه در حین رسیدگی و پرشدن دانه­ها میانگین بارندگی بالاتر از سال قبل بود (جدول 2) و به نظر می­رسد بدلیل بارش بیشتر در دوره پر شدن دانه (تیر ماه) و کاهش ساعات آفتابی بدلیل ابری بودن هوا درصد پروتئین کاهش یافته است.

 

 

 

 

 

 

محتوای پرولین برگ: تجزیه واریانس داده­های مربوط به میزان پرولین نشان داد که اثر سال و متقابل سه عامل سطوح آبیاری، سطوح کودی و رقم در هر دو سال بر محتوای پرولین برگ معنی­دار است (جدول 3). در سال اول مطالعه محتوای پرولین برگ تحت تأثیر اثر سه­گانه آبیاری در کوددهی در رقم در سطح یک درصد قرار گرفت (جدول 4). در سال دوم مطالعه نیز اثر سه­گانه سه عامل مورد آزمایش مشابه با سال اول بر محتوای پرولین برگ در سطح یک درصد معنی­دار شد. نتایج مقایسه میانگین داده­های مربوط به اثر توأم سطوح آبیاری، کودی و رقم گویای آن است که افزایش دور آبیاری موجب افزایش معنی­دار محتوای پرولین برگ به ترتیب به میزان 56/69 درصد در سال اول و 52/69 درصد در سال دوم شد (جدول 4).

در سال اول محتوای پرولین برگ در رقم هاشمی در هر سه دور آبیاری و هر سه سطح کوددهی بالاتر بود. به نظر می­رسد این رقم محلی توانایی بیش­تری در تولید اسمولیت سازگاری چون پرولین را در مقابله با شرایط خشکی داشته باشد. هر چه میزان افزایش پرولین در بافت­هاي گیاه بیشتر باشد، گیاه داراي مقاومت بیشتري به خشکی خواهد بود. دو تیمار کوددهی شیمیایی و ترکیبی کود زیستی و شیمیایی توانایی گیاه در تولید پرولین را نسبت به قرار دادن نشاءها در کود زیستی بهبود داد. در سال دوم مطالعه نیز افزایش محتوای پرولین برگ ناشی از تنش خشکی و بهبود وضعیت آن در تیمارهای کودهی مشاهده گردید. تیمارهای آبیاری 15 روز، مصرف کود شیمیایی 100 درصد محتوای پرولین برگ را در هر دو سال بهبود دادند و این تیمار تفاوت معنی­دار با دو تیمار کودی دیگر داشت.

کارایی زراعی نیتروژن: تجزیه واریانس در سال زراعی 1396 نشان داد که اثر سه­گانه آبیاری در رقم در کود، بر کارایی زراعی نیتروژن معنی­دار شد (جدول 4). نتایج مقایسه میانگین در این سال نشان داد که در هر دور آبیاری با افزایش مصرف کود از سطح 50 درصد به سطح 100 درصد از کارایی زراعی نیتروژن کاسته شده است. علاوه بر این که افزایش دور آبیاری سبب کاهش کارایی زراعی نیتروژن شد. رقم گیلانه در تیمار آبیاری غرقاب و مصرف ترکیبی کود شیمیایی و زیستی بالاترین کارایی زراعی نیتروژن معادل 53/21 کیلوگرم بر کیلوگرم را نشان داد. رقم هاشمی در آبیاری با دور 15 روز و تیمار100 درصد کود نیتروژنه مورد نیاز گیاه کم­ترین کارایی زراعی نیتروژن معادل 31/6 کیلوگرم بر کیلوگرم را نشان داد (جدول 4).

در سال زراعی 1397 نیز تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که اثر سه­گانه آبیاری در رقم در کود بر کارایی زراعی نیتروژن در سطح یک درصد معنی­دار می­باشد (جدول 3). کاهش کارایی زراعی نیتروژن ناشی از افزایش دور آبیاری در این سال نیز مشاهده گردید. مصرف بیش­تر کود سبب کاهش کارایی زراعی نیتروژن در همه سطوح آبیاری مورد آزمایش در پژوهش حاضر گردید. در سال زراعی 1397 رقم هاشمی در دور آبیاری غرقاب و تلقیح نشاءها با کود زیستی+ 50 درصد کود شیمیایی نیتروژنه مورد نیاز گیاه بالاترین کارایی زراعی نیتروژن معادل 9/21 کیلوگرم بر کیلوگرم را داشته که از لحاظ آماری با رقم هاشمی در این تیمار تفاوت معنی­داری نشان نداد. کم­ترین مقدار این صفت نیز مشابه با سال 1396در رقم هاشمی و دور آبیاری 15 روز و مصرف  100 درصد کود شیمیایی تأمین کننده نیتروژن ه مورد نیاز گیاه معادل 33/5 کیلوگرم بر کیلوگرم مشاهده گردید (جدول 4).

عملکرد شلتوک: اثر سه گانه عوامل آبیاری و کود و رقم عملکرد شلتوک را تحت تأثیرمعنی‌داری قرار داد (جدول 3). مقایسه میانگین داده­ها نشان داد که در بین دو رقم مورد مطالعه، رقم اصلاح­شده گیلانه 27% عملکرد بالاتری را نسبت به رقم محلی هاشمی نشان داد. افزایش دور آبیاری باعث کاهش عملکرد شلتوک شد. این کاهش در آبیاری غرقاب دائم نسبت به دور آبیاری 10 روز حدود 33 درصد و نسبت به دور آبیاری 15 روز 60 درصد بود (جدول 4). افزایش فاصله آبیاری سبب کاهش معنی­دار عملکرد شلتوک در هر دو رقم مورد مطالعه در همه تیمارهای کودی شد. بالا­ترین عملکرد شلتوک در تیمار 100 درصد کود شیمیایی تأمین کننده نیتروژن مورد نیاز گیاه (14/4 تن در هکتار) و تیمار ترکیبی کود زیستی و شیمیایی (93/3 تن در هکتار) مشاهده شد این دو تیمار کودی در یک کلاس طبقه­بندی قرار گرفتند و از لحاظ آماری تفاوت معنی­دار نداشتند که این امر اهمیت کودهای زیستی و کاهش مصرف کودهای شیمیایی نیتروژنه را بیشتر مشهود می­کند (جدول 5). بر اساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر می­توان بیان کرد که کود زیستی توانایی کاهش مصرف کود شیمیایی اوره در تولید برنج در دو رقم هاشمی و گیلانه را تا 50 درصد دارا بوده است.

 

بحث

کلروفیل­متر ابزاری مناسب جهت تخمین میزان نیتروژن گیاه بوده و نقش مهمی در کاهش مصرف غیرضروری این کود در کشاورزی دارد و عدد کلروفیل­متر می­تواند به­عنوان شاخصی غیرمستقیم نماینگر محتوای کلروفیل برگ و شادابی و سرسبزی آن باشد (Martines and Guiament, 2004; Rorie et al., 2011). طبق نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق، هر چه دور آبیاری بالاتر باشد میزان کلروفیل کاهش بیش­تری را نشان می­دهد. بین دو تیمار مصرف 100 درصد کود شیمیایی تأمین کننده نیتروژن  مورد نیاز گیاه و مصرف تلقیح ریشه نشاء با کود زیستی + 50 درصد کود شیمیایی نیتروژن مورد نیاز گیاه تفاوت معنی­داری از نظر عدد کلروفیل­متر مشاهده نشد. ژانگ و همکاران (Zhong et al., 2017) بیان کردند که رابطه بین عدد کلروفیل­متر و محتوای نیتروژن در واحد برگ در برنج تحت تأثیر فاکتورهای محیطی و ویژگی­های برگ رقم مورد کشت می­باشد. رابطه نزدیک بین محتوای کلروفیل برگ و محتوای نیتروژن برگ ناشی از نقش عمده و مهم نیتروژن در ساختار کلروفیل می­باشد با توجه به اهمیت وجود نیتروژن در ساختار مولکول کلروفیل و آنزیم روبیسکو، برگ­های با غلظت نیتروژن بالاتر، از محتوای کلروفیل بیش­تری نیز برخوردارند (Monje and Bugbee, 1992). در گیاه برنج بین نیتروژن برگ با عدد کلروفیل­متر ارتباط مستقیم وجود داشت و در سیستم آبیاری غرقاب و دورهای آبیاری 10 و 15 روز مشاهد شد. از عدد کلروفیل­متر می­توان برای تعیین نیاز کود نیتروژن در هر دو سیستم آبیاری (غرقاب و آبیاری متناوب) استفاده کرد (Cabangon et al., 2011). در این تحقیق رقم محلی هاشمی دارای عدد کلروفیل­متر بیش­تری نسبت به رقم اصلاح­شده گیلانه داشت. کلروفیل در برگ یکی از عواقب تنش آب بوده و در ارقام مختلف بسته به مقاوم و یا حساس بودن به خشکی پاسخ­های متفاوتی به دنبال خواهد داشت (Swapna and Shylaraj 2017). مهدوی و همکاران (Mahdavi et al., 2005) در بررسی بین 10 رقم برنج گزارش کردند که ارقام اصلاح­شده عدد کلروفیل­متر بالاتری را نشان می­دهند.

        برای پی بردن به وضعیت آب در گیاه اندازه­گیري محتواي نسبی آب در بافت برگ بکار می­رود و از این شاخص به­طور گسترده در کمی سازي کمبود آب در بافت برگ استفاده می­شود (Guo et al., 2009). نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که با افزایش دور آبیاری در هر دو مرحله محتوای نسبی آب برگ کاهش یافت. در بررسی برهمکنش تیمار آبیاري و کود زیستی مشخص گردید که در فواصل آبیاری 10 و 15 روز یک­بار، کاربرد کود نسبت به تیمار عدم مصرف کود برتري داشت. تغذیه خاك با کود زیستی باعث بهبود شرایط عمومی خاک از جمله افزایش ظرفیت نگهداری آب در خاك می­ گردد که باعث می شود تا حدودي از اثرات تنش خشکی بکاهد (Nazari Nasi et al., 2012). با افزایش شدت تنش خشکی افزایش محتوای پرولین و کاهش محتوای نسبی آب در سلول­های برگ مشاهده شد. در واریته­های مختلف برنج شدت کاهش محتوای نسبی آب برگ بسته به مقاوم و حساس بودن رقم متفاوت خواهد بود (Dasgupta et al., 2015). در پژوهش حاضر دور آبیاری 15 روز یک­بار، کم­ترین و آبیاری غرقاب دائم بیش­ترین محتوای نسبی آب برگ را نشان دادند. در تحقیق­ شان و همکاران (2018) ضمن بررسی اثر تنش ملایم (دور آبیاری 5 روز یک­بار) و متوسط (دور آبیاری 10 روز یک­بار) بر متابولیسم نتیروژن دو واریته برنجJiayou 5  و  Zhongzheyou 1 سرعت فتوسنتز و محتوای نسبی آب برگ تحت تأثیر تنش ملایم (5 روز) و متوسط (10 روز) قرار نگرفت. در تنش ملایم هدایت روزنه­ای و محتوای دی­اکسیدکربن درون سلولی تغییری نکرد، درحالی­که در تنش متوسط هر دوی این عامل­ها کاهش یافتند. این محققان اظهار کردند که روزنه نقش مهمی در تنظیم هدررفت آب برگ دارد به‌نحوی‌که کاهش هدایت روزنه­ای و به تبع آن کاهش نزول سرعت تراوش آب از آوند چوب در تنش متوسط اتفاق افتاده است. در واقع با بسته­شدن جزئی روزنه محتوای نسبی آب برگ در شرایط محدودیت جذب فعال آب از ریشه­ها، حفظ می‌گردد (Zhong et al., 2018). در بادام زمینی ایجاد تنش شدید کم آبی ایجاد شده با کمک ماده پلی­اتیلن گلیکول، کاهش محتوای نسبی آب برگ اتفاق افتاد. محتوای نسبی آب بالاتر در تنش­های متوسط در مقایسه با تنش شدید نشان می­دهد که گیاهان توانایی حفظ محتوای آب خود در تنش متوسط را داشته درحالی­که در تنش شدید این توانایی را از دست می­دهند (Meher et al., 2018). به نظر می­رسد گیاهانی که تحت تنش خشکی قرار می­گیرند، فضای بین سلولی و میزان آب در پیکره خود را از طریق افزایش مواد اسمزی درون بافت­ها به حداقل می­رسانند تا آب از بافت خاک با نیروی بیشتری وارد آن­ها شود که این امر موجب کاهش محتوای نسبی آب در شرایط تنش خشکی می­گردد و در نتیجه، قابلیت دسترسی به آب برای فرآیندهای توسعه سلول را محدود می­کند (Karimzadeh and Baghbani, 2019).

        در مطالعات مشایخی و همکاران (Mashayekhi et al., 2008) اثرگذاربودن کود نیتروژنه بدون توجه به منبع آن بر درصد پروتیئن دانه برنج مشاهده گردید. مصرف کود نیتروژن در زمان مناسب و به مقدار مناسب سبب افزایش محتواي نیتروژن دانه و محتواي پروتئین دانه می­شود .با افزایش مصرف کود نیتروژنه، درصد پروتئین دانه به علت جذب نیتروژن بیشتر از خاک، افزایش فتوسنتز و افزایش غلظت نیتروژن در اندام­های هوایی و در نتیجه انتقال نیتروژن بیشتر به دانه افزایش یافت. افزایش درصد پروتئین دانه با کاربرد کود نیتروژنه پیشتر توسط محققان دیگر نیز گزارش شده است (Gholinejad, 2014). در این تحقیق نیز با افزایش میزان نیتروژن، درصد پروتئین دانه نیز افزایش یافت. در آزمایشی براتی و ﻏﺪﯾﺮي (Barati and Ghadiri, 2016) کاهش پروتئین دانه ناشی از تنش خشکی را در دو رقم جو گزارش کردند. در مطالعه­ای در برنج و بررسی اثر دور آبیاری در چهار سطح غرقاب، 5، 8 و 11 روز و کود نیتروژنه در چهار سطح 0، 90، 120 و 150 کیلوگرم در هکتار گزارش کردند که نیتروژن دانه با افزایش دور آبیاری و افزایش مقدار کود نیتروژنه، به­ترتیب کاهش و افزایش نشان داد (Ashouri, 2014). در مطالعه حاضر رقم هاشمی تحت تیمار مصرف 100 درصد کود شیمیایی تأمین کننده نیتروژن ه بالاترین درصد پروتئین دانه را در هر دو سال  نسبت به رقم گیلانه نشان داد. عدم وجود تفاوت معنی­دار پروتئین دانه رقم هاشمی بین تیمار آبیاری غرقاب دائم و 10 و تیمار کودی مصرف 100 کیلوگرم کود شیمیایی نیتروژنه بین دور آبیاری 10 روز و 15 روز می تواند مرتبط با تحمل به تنش خشکی بالاتر رقم مزبور نسبت به رقم گیلانه باشد. این نتایج اثر تعدیل­کننده مصرف کود نیتروژنه بر اثرات سوء تنش خشکی را نشان می­دهد. افزایش غلظت نیتروژن در برگ گیاه، شدت کربن­گیری در گیاه را افزایش می­دهد و موجب افزایش پروتئین و افزایش وزن دانه می­گردد (Mengel and Kirkby, 2001).

        طبق نتایج این تحقیق میزان محتوای پرولین برگ در دو سال تحت تأثیر اثرات رقم و آبیاری، رقم و کود و آبیاری و کود قرار گرفت و تحت شرایط افزایش دور آبیاری و مصرف کود نیتروژنه مقدار پرولین برگ در بیش­ترین میزان بود. پرولین به­عنوان یک اسمولیت (اسمولیت­ها در اصطلاح به موادی گفته می شوند که حرکت آب را در سلول تحت تأثیر قرار می­دهند) مهم، در تعدیل فشار اسمزی سلول تحت تنش کم آبی نقش اساسی داشته و به حفظ محتوای نسبی آب برگ در سطح بالا در ارقام مقاوم به خشکی کمک می­کند می­تواند به کاهش پتانسیل اسمزی سلول­ها بدون کاهش واقعی محتوای آب کمک کرده و به ریشه توانایی جذب آب بیش­تر را می­دهد (Yamchi et al., 2004; Blum, 2005). تجمع ماده پرولین در اندام های گیاهی اولین واکنش گیاه به­منظور کاهش خسارت از تنش به سلول های گیاهی است (Anjum et al., 2011). تجمع پرولین در تمام اندام­هاي گیاهان در طی افزایش دور آبیاری و خشکی بالا می­رود. با این وجود میزان تجمع آن در برگ­ها بیش از سایر اندام­ها است. پرولین اسیدآمینه ذخیره شده در سیتوپلاسم است و احتمالاً در حفاظت از ساختمان ماکرومولکول­هاي درون سلول در طی تنش خشکی نقش مؤثري دارد. (Patade et al., 2011; Thalooth et al., 2006). افزایش تولید پرولین طی تنش آبی ناشی از مصرف کود نیتروژنه در ارزن پروسو و دم روباهی گزارش شده است (Nematpour et al., 2019). اسمولیت­هایی چون قند محلول و آمینواسیدها طی تنش خشکی افزایش پیدا می­کنند (Zhong et al., 2018). 

        در تحقیق حاضر میزان پرولین در تیمار دور آبیاری 15 روز، در سال دوم بیشتر از سال اول بوده است. افزایش کمتر تجمع پرولین در تیمار کاربرد توام کودهای زیستی و شیمیایی در نتیجه استفاده از این تیمار کودی از یک طرف و همچنین اثرات مفیدی که میکروارگانیسم­های موجود در کود زیستی روی گیاه گذاشته­اند، باعث گردیده است که اثر افزایش دور آبیاری روی گیاه کاهش یابد و به تبع آن، میزان تجمع پرولین نیز در گیاه کاهش یافته و در نهایت روی عملکرد گیاه زراعی برنج اثر گذاشته و باعث افزایش عملکرد در تیمارهای ترکیبی کود زیستی و شیمیایی شده است. بسیاری از گیاهان پرولین را به­عنوان اسمولیت آلی اصلی در مواجهه با انواع تنش­ها تولید می­کنند. به نظر می‌رسد نقش پرولین حضور در تنظیم اسمزی و حفظ ساختار درون سلولی در تنش­های گیاهی باشد (Ashraf and Foolad, 2007). تجمع پرولین به­عنوان یک اسمولیت در برگ واریته­ها متفاوت بوده و در برگ­های جوان و پیر در شرایط غیرغرقابی بیش­تر از شرایط غرقابی و در همه واریته­ها مقدار آن در برگ­های جوان بیش­تر از برگ­های پیر بوده است. با افزایش تنش خشکی مقدار پرولین مشابه با نتایج تحقیق حاضر افزایش نشان داد (Mostajeran and Rahim, 2009). نتایج حاصل از تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که استفاده ترکیبی از دو نوع کود شیمیایی نیتروژنی و زیستی نسبت به دو تیمار کودی دیگر تأثیر معنی­داری روی افزایش کارآیی زراعی نیتروژن داشت و افزایش میزان کود نیتروژنی باعث کاهش این صفت شد. کاهش کارایی زراعی نیتروژن با افزایش کود مصرفی توسط پیکول و همکاران (2005) و هالوارسون و همکاران (2005) نیز بیان شده است. برخی محققین معتقدند در شرایط دسترسی فراوان نیتروژن معدنی برای یک ﮔﻴﺎه زراﻋﻲ، ﻛﺎرآﻳﻲ ﻛﻤ­ﺘﺮي در زمنیه ﻣﺼـﺮف آن در گیاه بروز می نماید و ﻧﻘﺶ ﻧﻴﺘﺮوژن آﻟﻲ در ﺣﺼﻮل به ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد داﻧﻪ کمتر می گردد (Huggi et al., 1993). 

        در این تحقیق با افزایش دور آبیاری و استفاده ترکیبی از کود شیمیایی نیتروژنی و زیستی میزان عملکرد شلتوک بیش­تر شد. خیری و همکاران (Kheiri et al., 2017) گزارش دادند که در گیاه برنج بیشترین عملکرد دانه با میانگین 5295 کیلوگرم در هکتار متعلق به تیمار کاربرد تلفیقی نیتروژن، کمپوست آزولا و کود زیستی بود. کاهش مصرف کود شیمیایی نیتروژن با توجه به اثرات مثبت زیست محیطی آن، تیمار مناسب­تری برای افزایش عملکرد دانه برنج بود اما کاربرد ترکیبی نیتروژن با هریک از کودهای زیستی یا آلی اثر معنی­داری در بهبود عملکرد دانه داشت. در تحقیقی کاربرد کود زیستی توانست بالاترین شاخص برداشت و عملکرد شلتوک برنج را به دنبال داشته باشد. مصرف کودهای زیستی افزایش عملکرد دانه را به وسیله افزایش شاخص سطح برگ و افزایش توانایی گیاه در جذب نور باعث می‌گردند (Rahmani et al., 2014). با توجه به این که کودهای زیستی، عناصر غذایی را به تدریج آزاد کرده و دراختیار گیاه قرار می­دهند و از طرفی، کود شیمیایی نیتروژن نیز در مراحل مختلف رشد گیاه استفاده می‌گردد، لذا گیاه می­تواند در تمام طول دوره رشد خود از این عناصر استفاده نماید که در نهایت سبب بهبود عملکرد دانه می‌شود (Moslehi et al., 2016). در مطالعه حاتمی­فر و همکاران (Hatamifar et al., 2013) مشاهده شد که کودهای شیمیایی نیتروژن و پتاسیم در رژیم­های مختلف آبیاری بر عملکرد و تعداد پنجه بارور در متر مربع و طول خوشه برنج معنی­دار بود. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر نیز می­توان بیان کرد که کود زیستی توانایی کاهش مصرف کود شیمیایی اوره در تولید برنج در دو رقم هاشمی و گیلانه را دارا می­باشد و افزایش فاصله آبیاری سبب کاهش معنی­دار عملکرد شلتوک در هر دو رقم مورد مطالعه در همه تیمارهای کودی شد. لذا به نظر می رسد هر گونه محدودیت در منابع آبی، منجر به محدودیت در انتقال برخی منابع غذایی شده و گیاه مجبور به کم­کردن رشد رویشی و اتمام زود­هنگام آن مرحله و شروع رشد زایشی می­کند در نتیجه موجبات کاهش مقدار عملکرد واجزای عملکرد می‌گردد (Tarighislami et al., 2012). 

 

نتیجه­گیری نهایی

        بر اساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر می­توان بیان کرد که کود زیستی توانایی کاهش مصرف کود شیمیایی اوره در تولید برنج در دو رقم هاشمی و گیلانه را تا 50 درصد دارا می­باشد و کاربرد کودهای زیستی همراه با کود شیمیایی نیتروژنه تا حدی از بروز اثرات سوء کم­آبی بر گیاه زراعی برنج کاسته و مانع از کاهش شدید عملکرد می­شود. تیمار مصرف 100 درصد کود شیمیایی تأمین کننده نیتروژن  مورد نیاز گیاه 58 درصد و مصرف 50 درصد کود شیمیایی نیتروژن مورد نیاز گیاه+ تلقیح ریشه نشاء با کود زیستی زیستی 53 درصد عملکرد شلتوک را نسبت به قرار دادن نشاءها در کود زیستی افزایش می­دهند. اگرچه تیمار کود شیمیایی نیتروژنه باعث افزایش قابل توجه برخی صفات مورد مطالعه شد اما به­جای مصرف مداوم کود شیمیایی با توجه به مشکلات زیست­محیطی و انرژی بالای تولید کودهای شیمیایی استفاده از کودهای زیستی می­تواند در بلند­مدت در راستای به حداقل رساندن آلودگی زیست محیطی و 

کشاورزی پایدار موثر واقع شود.
