Tools used in research for measuring variables were academic enthusiasm questionnaire of Fredricks et al (2004), academic self-regulation questionnaire of Bouffard et al (1995), inventory of teacher–student relationships (revised form) of Murray and Zvoch (2011) and quality of school life questionnaire of Ainley and Bourke (1992). For analyzing the data was used correlation and stepwise regression. The results showed that there is a relationship between self-regulation, teacher-student relationship and quality of school life with academic enthusiasm of students (P< 0.001) and they are predictors of academic enthusiasm. At the first step self-regulation learning was predicting %46 academic enthusiasm, at the second step self-regulation learning and quality of school life were predicting %50 academic enthusiasm and at the third step self-regulation learning, quality of school life and teacher–student relationships were predicting %52 academic enthusiasm. The results show that by increasing self-regulation learning, teacher-student relationship and quality of school life, students' academic enthusiasm improves.
