Abstract :
One of the major foundations of ijtihad, but also the focus of its discussions, is the use of the book and tradition in general. On the one hand, the discovery of sentences must always be considered and avoided. It reveals these debates, as this has led the great scholars to take a special interest in their debates. Principles on the quality of the terms have been interpreted to mean the generality of different and dispersed theories. In this research, using descriptive-analytical method, with the help of various principled sources, the inspiration of the words of the Great Principles and search has been tried. In the Arabic language, analyze each of these theories, and finally examine the need or need for the introduction of wisdom in the mechanism of the term public speaking, limiting the present research to the status quo by applying conventional understanding. It is a literal signification, and in the general discussion of the analogy of priority, it was concluded that the literal signification of the causal modalities
