Abstract :
One of the most important types of governance throughout history has been the concept of divine sovereignty, and since the claimant is the correct type of government, government oversight should be complete and comprehensive. A close acquaintance with Shi'ite thinking about divine sovereignty, based on the current constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, is a comprehensive reflection, and can be exploited in comparative studies to be another step towards approaching justice. Be removed in government. This theory was abused during history and, with God's will, any injustice was imposed on the people. But in God's true sovereignty, God has never asked for the spread of oppression and oppression, so there was no contradiction between controlling the state and the divine right of sovereignty. Several tools were in place to control the rulers of the society, so that the path to justice would not be distorted. In the view of divine sovereignty, the focus is first on the internal supervision of individuals, and then on external supervision, and in addition to the government's control of the governors, people are also right in this regard and emphasize their active participation in the advancement of governance. Also, according to religious principles, the use of human experiences is also permissible considering time and place conditions.
