Life satisfaction and quality of life in children of divorce

Abstract :

This research studies life satisfaction and quality of life in children's divorces. The study statistical universe was all students in Tabriz. The sample was comprised of 40 students that 20 of them lived with their parents and 20 others were divorced from their parents. They were selected by cluster random sampling. The research design of this study was causal-comparative and tools used in this study was a demographic questionnaire, life satisfaction and quality of life that were completed by students. In order to analyze the data from the study was used one-way analysis of variance. The results of the analysis showed that there is a significant difference between life satisfaction and quality of life in children whose parents divorce and their children who live with their parents.
