Impact of information technology on organizational behavior (The role of virtually on the behavior of team members)

Abstract :
Today's organizations are largely focused on team structures to carry out their duties more effectively. For developing of the teams in organization that use information technology to communicate between members are in order to meet the dynamics of the environment. Using of these technologies can have different effects on the individual’s relationship between groups and organizations. One of the effects of group-level concept as the formation of virtually of teams that are discussed in this study. Accordingly, the main purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of virtually, as a moderator variable on relationship between conflict, trust and cooperation. For this purpose we examined virtually of teams in organizations of Guilan Province Science and Technology Park. The Samples are 261 members of the teams that are randomly selected. To achieve the objectives and evaluate hypotheses, correlation and multiple regression test were used. The results show that virtual amount of conflict on respect, trust and cooperation also differ by effect. Results indicate that the virtually affects the relationship between conflict, trust, and cooperation. And increase the negative relationship between conflict and trust and reduce the positive relationship between trust and cooperation
