Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of employee empowerment training periods. This is a descriptive study. Research Center for the research community experts, Housing and Urban Development that the number of inquiries from the personnel department, 74 respectively. Because of the limited sample size of the target population was chosen. To collect data, questionnaires of 27 questions were hidden. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics (mean and frequency) and inferential statistics (regression) was used. The results show that the enforcement of the greatest effect on employee skills training periods Dardzman little impact on employees 'skills, but the distance does not affect the employees' skills operating at the greatest impact on student employees. Time periods have little impact on knowledge, but knowledge does not affect the enforcement period. Enforcement agent has the greatest impact on employee attitudes
