This research, with the title of:" a survey on teachers job satisfaction factors" was performed in ferdows ,, and its major goal is the fore mentioned means in the title in order to investigate the variables the researchers took advantages of different (versatile) relevant theories such as, Maslow (physical / security. social / respect, self actualization) and also "equality theory". The type of research is "correlation" and the method is "survey". Sampling is stage based clustering. The sample population is all the teachers in three grades, and the whole number of them in 858 out of which 180 one selected on the chosen sample. A questionnaire is the means of measurement. After results analysis the underlying hypotheses were represented: With 95% certainty, there is positive correlation between job security and job satisfaction. With 99% warranty, there is positive correlation between a teacher's social relatioships and job satisfaction. With 99% certainty, there is positive correlation among facilities growth opportunities, promotion, and job satisfaction. With 99% warranty, there is positive correlation between teacher's social status and job satisfaction. In a t _ test for independent groups based on proposed equal variances there is no correlation between gender and job satisfaction.
