The effect of intellectual capital, social capital, with emphasis on the role of knowledge management

Abstract :

The present study aimed to assess the impact on social capital, intellectual capital, knowledge management, with emphasis on the role of mediator in management is done. The aim of the present study, the applicability of the method of data collection, descriptive and correlational and is based on the structural equation model. A survey was carried out among 100 elementary school principals. As an example of this number, 80 were selected using simple random sampling. This tool consists of three questionnaires were intellectual capital and social capital and knowledge management. Results showed that, between intellectual capital and social capital there is a significant relationship. Positive impact on knowledge management and intellectual capital. Social capital has a positive impact on knowledge management. The role of knowledge management is not strong enough to act as a mediator
