Abstract :
Dispatching teacher to abroad is one of the fundamental mehod of cultural, social, educational, management and specifiec exchang .which is done between different countery of the word in order to deliver the justice education to all students of iran and out of iran.so, the aim of the current qualitative and fundamental study which employs content analysis method was to identify the existed component of Iran and selected countries teacher dispatch model to abroad. All world countries which have the dispatch model were among the statistical population of the study. Beside Iran, 12 countries (United States of America, France, Germany, Canada, England, Russia, Australia, Japan, China, South Korea, and Malaysia) which had the best ranking in education and instruction on the view of authentic scientific sources were selected as the sample of the study. Then component of Iran and selected countries teacher dispatch model to abroad be identified. In the next step, content analyses were applied to extract the final components which were 29 components.
