Abstract :
Human resource is considered as the most important part of every society and organization. It would be difficult to achieve organizational goals without taking into account the employees’ internal motives and desires. The study aims to investigate the relationship between some social factors and employees’ self-efficacy (each individual’s attitude towards his/her efficacy) at Islamic Azad University, Mahabad and Orumie Branches. Results indicate that gender variable has no significant effect on self-efficacy. Education has an effect on it. There is also a significant relationship between the homogeneousness of employees’ fields of study and their positions, their interest in the positions, salary and benefits, the amount of discrimination, employees’ participation in decision making, their freedom to act, job satisfaction, and organizational productivity
