So brand image play an important role. Effective relationship and creating reputation among public are influencing positively among customers and through public relation activities, customers go toward companies that have favorable brand image. So the main question of this research is: What is the effect of brand image and perceived public relation on customer loyalty? The main variables are: Perceived public relation, customer loyalty, brand image and altruistic motives. This research is an applied and descriptive research that considers positive or negative effect of the variables. Data were collected via questionnaire from LG's Electronics consumers (Gold Iran) in Tehran. Hierarchical regression analysis of data from 385 respondents was used to test two hypotheses. The result shows, perceived public relation has positive relationship with customer loyalty and this relation is moderated by brand image. When brand image is favorable, the positive effect of Perceived public relation on customer loyalty is significant and strong. Whereas, when brand image is unfavorable this relationship isn't significant and customer loyalty is decreased. In this article, we have examined the contrasts in five selected stories from the historical part of Shahnameh (Bahram Gour, the reign of Khosrow Anoshirvan, Yazdgerd III, Ardeshir Babkan, Bahman) based on the contrast approach of Louis Strauss. The research method is library and based on document research and its type is analytical-descriptive. The study of confrontation in the studied stories shows that the element of confrontation in these stories is very prominent and bold, and in fact the plot of each of these historical stories is based on confrontation. The type of confrontation in these stories, due to their historical nature, is mainly the type of confrontation of human characters. There are other confrontations besides the confrontation between human characters in these stories, among which we can see the confrontation of ideologies, justice and oppression, moral virtues and vices, the confrontation of human traits such as warfare and courage with weakness and incapacity, racial and ethnic confrontation and things like that were mentioned. In general, although the selected stories are historical stories, the components of Levi-Strauss's approach and theory can be seen in them, and the motivation of these characters for confrontation is only the motivations mentioned in the books. It is not historical, but ideals and goals, as well as their personality type and psychological characteristics, have a direct impact on these confrontations. Manuscript profile

The Islamic Revolution, as a civilization-building phenomenon, faced many fields of poetry and literature with profound development. The post-revolutionary poetry could not be a poem with aesthetic principles or preserve the social symbolism of the 1970s. Educative and moral themes emerged along with justice-seeking and identity-seeking themes, and the poets of the Islamic revolution such as Sabzevari, Harati, Azizi, Aminpour, etc. tried to crystallize popular ideals and the revolution in contemporary literature. Based on this, the present article tried to examine, analyze, and classify the revolutionary motivations in the poems of four poets of the revolution (Tahereh Saffarzadeh, Seyed Ali Mousavi Garmaroudi, Gheisar Aminpour, and Hamid Sebzevari) while examining the roots of revolution and resistance poetry. The hypothesis of the article is an emphasis on the fact that educational, stable, and critical motivations were the most important reasons for writing post-revolutionary poems in the poetry of these four. The methodology of this article is descriptive-analytical. The findings showed that among the three components of revolutionary motives (educational, stability-resistance, and criticism), the most frequent revolutionary motive among post-Islamic revolution poets is the educational motive.          AbstractOne of the political and social phenomena in Ferdowsi’s epic is the different uprisings and revolts that occurred due to the injustice and cruelties of the kings.  In between the stories of evil kings in ancient Iran Ferdowsi had recorded these revolts in his lofty masterpiece. The uprisings had occurred in Iran’s society for different motives.  The purpose of this article is to analyze Shahnameh’s uprisings in terms of structure.  Meanwhile the kings without a Divine Farr are recognized those against whom the revolts had occurred and in this way the reasons behind Ferdowsi’s dealing with the uprisings against kings in Shahnameh which is the book of kings are enumerated.  Employing library and documentary sources and applying descriptive analytic method all the actions leading to uprisings against kings are studied and the strategies used in the revolts as one of the political and social phenomena are analyzed in view of Ferdowsi’s power of visualization and poetic talent.  The results obtained show that different factors were involved in each revolt and the majority of them led to rulers’ downfall..
