Abstract :
This research has been conducted to quality the advamtages of specialty courses for the graduates in social work and social science with a tenteney to social service who are working as organization. This group includes all the social works who are graduated and are working in welfare organization. Prisons organization, public volumteer societies, charities and also the medical centers of Islamic 138 social works has participated in this research the advantage if the given courses, all the specialty courses of the firld of social service were divided in to 10 levels and the examinees with a 5 item scale (lilrit spectrum) guantofied the advantage of each course. The means of collecting data was a questionnatrie that used the currency way of content for examining the currency, alpha kerdenbach way for final measurement, descriptive statistils (percentage, meam standard of deviation) for analyzing the data and inferencial statistics (experiment) of in depenedent sample and analysis the unilaterd variance. The research fingings show that the science and the skills related to social work have the most advantage and psychometric science and skills, sciences and skills of rehabilitation and science and skills of collaborative social work were placed in the next places respectively. The comparison between the male graduates , view and the female ones about the given courses showed that there is a meaningful different in the science and skills of individual service , science and skills of social service and science and skills of managing between males and females. Also, the findings about the effect of the type of organization in which the graduates work on their view about the advantage of the given courses showed that the mean scores of the working social workers in prisons organization in low are meaningfully more tham others.
