In this research the relationship between the managers conflicting management strategies and the high school teachers’ stress level is stutied. The statistical population includes all the 60 active high schools as well as technical schools and pre-university centers of QUCHAN in 1384-85. The secondary statistical population includes the teachers and principals. 33 high schools were selected through random sampling method without placement as the sample volume. The principals filled out the conflicting management strategies questionnaire, and 78 teachers filled out job stress questionnaire. In this research descriptive-coalition method was used. For gathering the information, two main methods of library, documentary and survey were used. The measuring means for survey method is conflicting management strategy and job stress. For analyzing the data, two methods were used: 1) descriptive- statistic method including: frequency, average, variance and standard deviation. 2) Deductive- statistic method including: T student test, variance analysis test, X2, one way variance analysis, and MAN-TINY test. The results showed that there is no meaningful relationship between the managers conflicting management strategies and the high school teachers’ stress level. But there is a meaningful relationship between the male and female managers conflicting managing strategies. There was also no difference between job stress factors (job, management, organizational factors) and the level of job stress in male and female teachers. The common strategy of QUCHAN high school teachers is avoidance. It seems that teacher’s performance may improve by using different strategies, specially reconciliation and friendship.
