Investigating the impact of social-educational activities on students' cultural values from the teachers' point of view

Abstract :
Considering the importance of the school as a social system and its role in the religious education of students, in this research, an attempt has been made to provide solutions to achieve this religious education. The current research is a cross-sectional type that was conducted in the form of a survey and using a questionnaire. The statistical population of this research included all the teachers of Bojnoord city in the number of 100 people. that the sampling method of all 100 people of the statistical population was selected and a researcher-made questionnaire of 20 questions was used to measure the role of educational affairs and a researcher-made questionnaire taken from Schwartz's cultural values (1999) was used to measure cultural values. In order to analyze the data, the Lisrel structural model software version 21 was used and the obtained results showed that all dimensions are effective in education and culture transfer. Considering that religious education is the knowledge of religious teachings, the transformation of these knowledge into heart beliefs. And it is defined as the application of these beliefs in individual and social behaviors, the teacher can guide the students in the direction of religious education by choosing the appropriate method of expressing religious teachings and giving appropriate answers to questions and doubts.
