A Survey on the State of Organizational Positivism in Public Schools

Abstract :
Although organizational positivism as a theory trying to study and develop positive capacity of mental and behavior of enterprise resource, which can lead to improved organizational performance in the micro and macro levels, but less comparative studies in this area have been reported. So this paper sought to investigate the organizational positivism in dimensions of positive leadership, positive culture, positive strategy, positive design, and positive human capital among state schools. The research type was as a survey. The study population comprised state schools in Tonekabon. In 30 schools, through cloning and the ratio of population of each office, managers and teachers were selected as the sample. The Organizational Positivism questionnaire (α =0/89) was used to collect the data. To analyze of the data, in descriptive statistics, mean and standard deviation, and in the inferential statistics, analysis of variance were used to investigate the hypothesis. The results revealed the hypothesis that the organizational positive tendency is different among state schools, significantly was confirmed.
