Abstract :
Aim:4d Pro for the first time in the world entered sports with the motto of "Sport is a fun game". One of the systems whose changes have been noticed by many researchers after exercise is the homeostatic system. Coagulation and fibrinolysis are two important components of the process of hemostasis and clot production, both of which are regulated by establishing a balance between hemostatic activators and inhibitors. The imbalance of the body's homeostasis system can lead to the formation of blood clots. Reducing mobility and reducing physical activity causes a reduction in energy consumption, which plays a significant role in inducing obesity. method: This controlled clinical trial study was conducted on 40 obese women who visited the Ford Pro Club in Hamadan in 2001. Subjects were randomly divided into control and experimental groups. 24 hours before the start of the first training session, the first blood sample was taken from them. 4d Pro exercises were held for 24 sessions during 8 weeks. Results: factor eight, hemoglobin concentration increased. Average volume, platelet count, fibrinogen, C-reactive protein, relative thromboplastic time, prothrombin time decreased (p<0.05). Conclusion: 4d Pro exercises lead to balance in coagulation and non-coagulation factors of obese women.
