Explanation of the management model of Shahid Soleimani based on a comparative study with the characteristics of successful managers

Abstract :
The Purpose of the current research was to explain the management model of Shahid Soleimani based on a comparative study with the characteristics of successful managers. The research method was qualitative and descriptive-analytical, which was done in a library. The statistical population included all the characteristics of successful managers and the successful managerial characteristics of Shahid Soleimani, and two important factors played a role in the selection of the sample size. Regarding the characteristics of successful and second managers, lectures, authoritative scientific magazines, books, articles, photos and films and managerial characteristics of Shahid Soleimani, which were selected by purposeful sampling. To analyze the content of the data, George Brady's method including description, interpretation, juxtaposition, and comparison was used. The results showed that there is a difference between the characteristics of successful managers and the managerial characteristics of Shahid Soleimani, that between the personal characteristics of successful managers and the managerial characteristics of Shahid Soleimani, from 18 components to 32 components, and in work characteristics from 16 components to 32 components, among communication characteristics from 25 Components We can refer to 32 components and finally it can be concluded that a number of management characteristics were specific to martyr Soleimani, which made him achieve martyrdom on the way to the lofty peak, and he is known as one of the most successful managers in the world.
