Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to design a pattern of maturity of green human resources in the first class areas of the National Petroleum Products Distribution Company. This research is developmental in terms of purpose and qualitative research in terms of strategy and method. In this section, interviews were conducted with 13 human resources experts and managers and experts of the National Petroleum Products Distribution Company. The data of this study were open through semi-structured interviews and 10 new concepts were not obtained from the interview, which was conducted to ensure the theoretical saturation of the other 3 interviews. In the open and axial coding stage, 21 categories and 128 concepts of recognition and connection between these categories have been identified. In the research results, while recognizing the conditions against the interventionist, the context, the central phenomenon, the strategies and the consequences have led to the formation of a paradigm model
