Investigating the relationship between ethical foundations and life satisfaction of female employees with mediating role of religious attitude and social behavior

Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to Investigating the relationship between ethical foundations and life satisfaction of female employees with mediating role of religious attitude and social behavior. The research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive method. The statistical population includes all 2709 female employees of education and training in Bojnourd and the sample is 336 according to Cochran formula and they were selected by stratified random sampling. The instrument was the 32 item questionnaire on ethical foundations Haidt and Graham (2007), religious attitude of Khodayari-Fard et al. (2000), Exposure-Exercise Henrikhsson & Clark (2003) and Life Satisfaction Dinner et al (1985). The content validity and reliability of the questionnaires were confirmed by Cronbach's alpha method. The alpha coefficient was estimated (0.79), (0.93), (0.74) and (0.71) respectively. To analyze the findings, Pearson correlation coefficient, regression and structural equations were used using SPSS 21 and Liserl 8/1 software. The results showed there is a significant relationship between the ethical foundations and components (fairness), religious attitudes and components (religious belief and social representation), and social behavior with life satisfaction. There is no relationship between the components (care / injury, loyalty, respect, Sincerity) of moral foundations with life satisfaction. The main hypothesis shows that there is a significant relationship between ethical foundations, religious attitude and social behavior with satisfaction of life.
