Their reliability was obtained by Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the philosophical mentality questionnaire, 0.86, 0.81, and Society of 0.91. To analyze the data, Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis were used to determine the relationship and predict the variables. According to the values of the obtained indices, the predicted model was approved and had a goodness of fit. Conclusion: By increasing the philosophical mentality of sports authorities and improving their thinking style, their organizational socialization also promotes. Since in this study, the comprehensiveness of philosophical mentality is directly related to socialization, it is recommended that sports managers and officials establish an atmosphere of friendship and empathy with activities and shared guidelines with employees.
