A comparative Investigation of Level of Strategic Management Components Between Islamic Azad University, Khorasgan Branch and Isfahan University

Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to conduct a comparative investigation of the level of strategic management components between Islamic Azad university Khorasgan Branch and Isfahan university. Is study is descriptive statistical population of the study includes 755 members of faculty as IAUKB and Isfahan university. By using classified sampling proportional faculty 248 members of both universities were selected as the statistical sample. The applied tool for this research is a questionnaire made by the researcher which was provided based on Caldwell and spincks model of management evaluated by five dimensions. 1- According to the facilities, restrictions and instructional results. 2- Interchanging information between administrators and faculty members. 3- Paying attention to the processes for enabling university to recognize strategies priorities. 4- Surveillance and reliability of the members of scientific boards to strategic cases. 5 Controlling the performance of instructional strategies with 44 sample the reliability of the questionnaire was measured by cronbach-Alfa as 0.98. In the descriptive statistical level, frequency, mean average and standard deviation and in the inferential level, t-test with one variable and/or independ t,t2 Hetling and associate t-test were used and SPSS software was used for analysis information. The result showed that among 5 components mentioned attention to the first third, forth and fifth are above the mean and second one is less than medium level. There are differences among levels of application components according to ideas of members in both universities, it means that Khorasgan university has the highest attention to facilities, restrations and instructional results and also further control on instructional strategy and there is difference among strategic management components based on members of the scientific boards about gender, history of work, but on difference was in their scientific grade and education course.
