Abstract :
The purpose of recent article was to consider the critical thinking situation between graduate students. The population of this descriptive-survey research included 900 MA. graduate students in Shahid Chamran University in Ahvaz (2012-2013) that have passed their courses. 172 students were selected as a sample by random stratified sampling (Morgan sampling chart). The research instruments were California questionnaire of form B and the data analysis method included two parts: descriptive and inference statistics. The independent t test method and one-way variance analysis were used in the inference statistics by using SPSS 19. The research findings showed that the critical thinking skills between students were low. The evaluation skill mean in the educational science and psychology group and analysis skill and inference skill mean in the technical and engineering group were higher than other groups. The low level skills of the critical thinking in graduate students showed that higher education did not act well in curriculum and educational methods and teaching for training critic and thoughtful students. If higher education wants to train the people with careful, identical, rational, critical mind, it should revise its educational domain
