Abstract :

The purpose of the present study is to reflect on favorable civil society based on social justice from the view of Nahj ol-Balāghah. The method of study is descriptive-analytic and it aims to find an answer for this main question: What are the criteria for the formation of favorable civil society based on social justice from the view of Nahj ol-Balāghah? The results of the study show that people's participation in political and social affairs, paying attention to freedom, the managers' reliance on models, and … are among the criteria for the formation of favorable civil society. Social justice is substantiated in society when all people reach their defined right and everyone can use natural and unnatural facilities according to his/her talents and qualifications. Many social disorders and deficiencies have a root in lack of social justice. Imam 'Ali (AS) by creating a model in leadership and management in Islamic system aimed to organize the elements of government based on religiosity and meritocracy.
