Abstract :

One of the arguments proving the non-necessity of Khalid ibn al-Hajjaj is Matat narrative traditions is that the scholars have different interpretations about it. n this paper, Legal Opinions and concluded that this narrative expression and opinion is more correct choice And the right to choose, and this tradition can be a cause of unnecessary Matat or not? Through reading books and taking notes and refer to religious books and summarize opinion about this hadith scholars, jurists have brought different interpretations. It seems that the meaning of words in a hadith that term commitment, not a breath.After that narrative can not be regarded as evidence of the need Matat.
