The relationship between business intelligence, organizational learning and innovative work behavior with the performance of university employees

Abstract :

Purpose: The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between business intelligence, organizational learning and innovative work behavior with the performance of employees of Firuzkoh Azad University. Method: The current research method is descriptive-correlation in terms of data collection and applied research in terms of objectives. To collect data, the library method (referring to books, articles, libraries, etc.) and the field method (4 standard questionnaires) have been used. The standard questionnaire of commercial intelligence in business (Perovich, 2012), the standard questionnaire of Peter Sange's organizational learning, the questionnaire of financial performance (Azizi, 2013) and the standard questionnaire of innovative work behavior (Dijang and Denhartok, 2010). The statistical population of the research includes: employees of Firuzkoh Azad University, which are 250 people. According to Morgan's table, the statistical sample is estimated to be 148 people. SPSS software was used to analyze the data. Findings: Organizational learning has a significant impact on the university's performance. Business intelligence has a significant impact on the university's performance. Innovative work behavior has a significant impact on the university's performance. Business intelligence has a significant impact on organizational learning. Business intelligence has a significant impact on the innovative behavior of university employees. Conclusion: Therefore, there is a significant relationship between business intelligence, organizational learning and innovative work behavior with the performance of employees of Firuzkoh Azad University and the university can benefit from the final research model to strengthen business intelligence, organizational learning and innovative work behavior of employees.
