Abstract :
The development of investment culture in the stock exchange and the role of the mass media have been tied together to promote the financial literacy and media literacy of the people to improve the economy of the country. The coherence and efficiency of the stock exchange requires smart and well-informed investors to be educated, informed, trusted, pervasive, transparent, preventing deviations, and accessible via national media. As UNESCO's definition of literacy also has media and financial dimensions. Therefore, in this research, the interaction between the Stock Exchange Organization and the IRIB Organization was studied and TV capacities were identified for developing investment in Stock Exchange by Delphi. This research was carried out with qualitative method and semi-structured interviews with 30 senior executives of IRIB and directors of stock brokers. The result of the theory shows that the main phenomenon of such an interactive is this title "event oriented, representation and analysis role of TV", Influenced by variables such as the political factors governing TV, competitive mindset of TV networks, audience trust, responsibility of the authorities in the language of the media, Attract and persuade the maximum audience to explain the financial literacy and investment development in the stock exchange.
