Cooperation Networks in Sustainable Tourism Development: Interaction and Participation of Effective Sectors as Social Capital

Abstract :
For a long time now, countries have sought to create social capital in their societies. Networks are one of the main infrastructures of interaction and participation in tourism. Due to the flexible and dynamic nature of tourism, it is necessary to identify and investigate these networks and their role in the development of sustainable tourism from the perspective of social capital. The main goal of this research is to compile a model of cooperation networks in the development of sustainable tourism, which explains the role of interaction and participation of effective sectors as social capital, and these cases are investigated and analyzed in the form of cooperation networks. The research method is a mixed that examines the subject using a sequential exploratory approach. In this research, two methods "thematic analysis and survey" have been used, respectively. The main tool used in the qualitative phase is a semi-structured interview, and in the quantitative phase, a questionnaire, respectively, from 9 experts in the qualitative phase and 21 experts in the quantitative phase, relevant information and data were extracted. According to the research findings, in the qualitative phase, 34 basic themes, 9 organizing themes, and 3 global themes were identified and extracted. And in the quantitative phase, all the components of the model were examined and approved by experts. From the results of this research, we can point out the identification of effective sectors such as government, private, non-governmental organizations, local society and consumers, which in the form of cooperation networks, increase participation
