Abstract :
In the current era, valuation of human and social capital of companies has become very important. If managers understand the importance and value of their human resources and recognize them as the main capital of the organization, they will rely on them and will be able to achieve superior performance by striving to promote the scientific and specialty of human capital. Reduce internal and external pressures on themselves and the organization. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of Human Capital on Organizational Performance with respect to the role of Moderator variable Social capital. This is a descriptive-analytic study. The statistical population of this study is the Staff of Qom University of Medical Sciences & Health Services (450), a sample of 220 people. A questionnaire was used to collect information. Standard used. Its reliability was determined using Cronbach's alpha (α = 0.90). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and confirmatory factor analysis using smart pls2.0 and SPSS 21. The results of the research show that Human Capital and Social capital has a positive and significant positive effect on the Organizational Performance. Also, the social capital variable as a Moderator variable reinforces the impact of human capital on organizational performance.
