Abstract :
Introduction and aim: Today the man is anxiety for the future of the earth and it’s heirs. Perhaps if next land generations could defend today a owners, employees and Customers of current organizations from it’s right, the biggest war would make between today and tomorrow and so now that they don’t afford it, some of pride land owners consider mottos that we also think about next generations. The review of social responsibility promotion alternatives among managers must pay a necessary attention to organizational responsibility dimensions, economic and legal functions, because the more strong the meaningful relationship of these three components, the better reinforcement the required alternative . Methodology: The research from functional aim perspective and from data collection method perspective is considered from descriptive-measuring type that is has been used from questionnaire for collecting research information . Findings: It was determined using K-score (k2) test that there is a meaningful relationship between legal and economic and organization components . Conclusion: the final result of research show that at organizational responsibility port including components of moral, behavioral regulation and compliance, the effective and reasonable cultural and social activities, managers commitment amount, and supervision amount on organizational affairs, attachment making at specialist forces and manager practice, the performance virtue of effective and program at social responsibility promotion are effective . Given they have been evaluated poorly it is necessary that they are considered seriously. At economic part, the administrator corruption decline, poverty decline, public welfore increase between cleanness at administrative, economic and trade activities, reasonable and suitable yield, between costs decline and efficiency increase, customers opinion supply were effective components. In order to promote a social responsibility promotion and reasonable and suitable training, health and safety. Legal responsibility, employee right compliance .Stakeholders right compliance were effective components that they have been evaluated poorly.
