Abstract :
This research aims to study the range of relation between organizational culturefactors & strategic goals(specifically studying: Tehran's Cultural-Artistic MunicipalityOrganization); to do so, the researcher has defined concepts such as organizationalculture, organizational culture factors & strategic goals and has presented a theoreticalframework for this very research through a questionnaire, an interview, studying theorganization's documents and understanding the organization's functional goals. Then,the data gathered were analyzed using SPSS statistical software and the hypotheseswere studied. The results have shown that there is a meaningful relation between theorganizational culture factors & the organization's strategic goals; also, all hypotheseswere firmly confirmed.The samples selected as the population at study were from different groupsconsisted of executives, supervisors, senior experts and cultural, artistic, religious,social, sport & educational experts of the organization. The results have shown thatthere is a firm relation between the organization's current culture and its goals whichhave been established by the initial pioneers of the organization.
