Abstract :

This research was done to study the process of the knowledge management onwork in Iran's Industrial Management organization. Initially, the concept ofknowledge management, the educated organizations and the influential elementsleading to the success of knowledge management have been briefly studied. Then,questionnaires were handed out to 42 members of the said organization and in theIndustrial Management Organization. The research was done through the descriptivemeasurementmethod of the field studies. In this type of research, the researcheranalyzes the information and research finding, proves his/her hypotheses andrecommends putting in work knowledge management projects in organizations,especially in Iran's Industrial Management Organization.v
