Abstract :

The advancing role of knowledge,innovation and moden technology in makingstrategic advantages and also value importance of knowledge resource to manageorganizations leads to remarkable situation of knowledge management at strategicpolicy center of organizations.However,knowledge management can achieve goalsand objectives by direct effection on such concept as custemor-oriented,organizationallearning,cultural promotion,leadership,intelligent decision making,redesignprocesses,producing new knowledge,converting implicit knowledge into explicit.Alsoaccording to new attributes of PNU central organization,it seems knowledgemanagement is necessary to PUN mission and goal achievement.As result,the relatedliterature and variables are reviewed,conceptual model is designed,then it is tested indescriptive_analytical survey by PUN managers and practitioners.
