Abstract :
Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational culture and the effectiveness and commitment of staff members of Tehran's Municipal Cultural and Cultural Organization. The current research is applied in terms of the purpose of obtaining descriptive (non-experimental) and survey-based data. The population of this study includes all staff and directors of Tehran Art Municipality's Cultural-Arts Organization, which has been commissioned by 500 people. Twenty hundred subjects were selected by simple random sampling method. The data gathering tool in this study was Denison's Organizational Culture Questionnaire, Parsons Organizational Effectiveness, and Allen & Meyer Organizational Commitment Questionnaire. To assess the reliability of the questionnaires, Cronbach's alpha was used. Cronbach's alpha for organizational culture questionnaire was 90%, organizational effectiveness questionnaire was 0.87 and organizational commitment was 0.85. The regression method was used to study the hypotheses. From the results of this study, it is concluded that managers of cultural organizations should strengthen the organizational organizational culture in order to enhance organizational effectiveness and commitment in order to benefit the organizations from strengthening these variables.
