Abstract :
Objective: The general purpose of current research is to determine the impact of information technology on the performance of the company, emphasizing the mediating role of the dynamic capabilities studied in the sports equipment manufacturing companies of Tabriz.Methodology: The current research was quantitative in terms of methodology, applied in terms of purpose, and descriptive-correlation in terms data collection. The statistical population of this research includes sports equipment manufacturing companies in Tabriz, and the sample size of 300 companies was selected. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling, in which SPSS and smart PLS software was used. The data collection tools dynamic organizational capabilities questionnaires by Ji-Yang McCabe and colleagues, information technology questionnaire based on Saberval and Chan's model and company performance (Soha and Yadav) and the validity and reliability of the tool were confirmed. . The collected data were analyzed at two levels (descriptive statistics and inferential statistics).Results: The findings showed that information technology affects competitive advantages through its performance as a coordination and integration mechanism, which leads to the improvement of management capabilities in companies and between production organizations. which leads to more differentiation and increased performance.Conclusion: Based on the obtained model and the good and confirmed connections between the components of the model, the obtained results indicate that information technology and dynamic capabilities have a positive impact on the performance of sports equipment manufacturing companies in Tabriz, and also the dynamic capabilities of technology influence It mediates information on the performance of the company.
