Abstract :
and take action based on the cooperative economy according to the prevailing conditions of the country. Purpose: The purpose of this article is to present a model of women's start-up business empowerment based on collaborative economy on the web platform. Methods: In terms of the research approach, the qualitative method, especially the foundational data theory method, has been used. First, the researcher prepared the interview protocol based on the dimensions and components obtained from the theoretical foundations and background of the research, and then through the data theory method of the foundation, he interviewed 10 managers, entrepreneurs and owners. Women's start-up businesses, which were purposefully selected until reaching theoretical saturation, took action. Findings: The findings of the research were presented based on the interviews conducted with experts after open and axial coding based on the variables of the foundation's data theory in the form of a paradigm model. The results of the research showed that the causal variables of designing and developing dynamic business platforms, paying attention to the aesthetic aspects of the design of start-up businesses, and the underlying variables including the technical infrastructure and mechanisms that govern women's start-up businesses. And the intervening variables include promoting factors and inhibiting factors, and strategic variables include the variables of internal intelligence of women's start-up businesses and external intelligence of women's start-up businesses, and the outcome variables include the increase of women's business creativity, women's operational expertise and It is the activation of women.
