Abstract :
Objective: Business resilience is the structural and procedural dynamics that enable businesses to have the capacity to meet challenges. Business thinking broadly refers to an organization's capacity to perform well, regardless of its economic or organizational environment. Therefore, the aim of this study is to design a resilience policy model for knowledge-based businesses in the Corona era.Method: The collected data is qualitative and based on the data theory approach. The statistical population of the study was managers and experts in the field of knowledge base, through in-depth sampling, in-depth interviews were conducted with twelve of them. Concepts and categories were then extracted using open coding. Results: Based on the data theory theory of the foundation, 52 sub-categories and 13 main categories were identified and categorized during the coding process. Then, while identifying the central category, the categories were placed within the basic components of causal, contextual, intervening, strategies and consequences conditions, and the final model was formed.Conclusion: Knowledge-based companies can withstand intelligent rotation in business model, identify new target markets, use creativity and up-to-date knowledge and benefit from the experiences of other countries against the Covid 19 crisis, and Turn the Corona crisis into an opportunity for the
