Abstract :
Background and Aim: Virtual social networks are a new generation of web pages that are designed based on the needs of the audience. One of the problems that was felt during the development of virtual social networks was the semantic vacuum in them. Virtual social networks, despite attempts to create a real social network, have created a single electronic identity through users; That this identity is only known for its ability to function, in the domain of which it gave social networks to the audience; In fact, the information technology paradigm can be overlooked in which new information technologies and schools and social movements are absorbed into other attachments if influenced by the transfer and use of other acceptance conditions to change the culture of citizenship. ; So, according to the mentioned cases, what is the model of social network management policy with monitoring of citizenship culture? Method: This research is one of the basic researches and mixed method has been used; In order to implement the qualitative part of the articles and in the direction of the quantitative part of the questionnaire has been used. Qualitative part through data-based technique and review of Persian and English articles after 1393 and 2015 to 2020 in line with the research components of the extraction theory model and through the use of MAXQDA testing software in the category of comments and coding of data paid in The lower part was paid by using statistical methods and distribution of questionnaires to present and present the final model. Findings: The main components of using social networks, personal characteristics, communication, benefits of working in social networks and the latest characteristics of social networks in relation to variable social networks with a license and the relationship with citizenship culture Components of citizenship behaviors , Is the legal dimension of citizenship, the dimension of citizenship culture and the development of citizenship culture. A total of 384 subjects were distributed and analyzed using linear regression method. Conclusion: The results show that the characteristics of people with previous experiences, level of education and awareness, personality and family characteristics and the same culture of using social networks have a significant impact on citizenship culture and other social networks as well as citizenship culture. Is. It has an effect.
