Provide a High Performance Model with a Social Loafing Reduction Approach in Government Agencies (Case study: Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad government organizations)

Abstract :

Background and Aim: The present article aims to explain the pattern of formation of high performance systems with the approach of reducing social void in government organizations that has revived the issue of social void in the administrative system of the country. Methods: The design of the present study is a combined sequential-exploratory method. This means that first a qualitative approach and then a quantitative approach has been used. In the qualitative part of the content analysis method and its statistical population, all scientific experts familiar with the subject, including professors and researchers in the field of public management in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad provinces, used the theoretical saturation criterion to determine the adequacy of sampling. Is. In-depth interviews with 20 government management experts in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Provinces have explained the theoretical model of high performance with the approach of reducing idleness. Structural equation modeling has been used in a small part and its statistical population includes executive or experimental experts and these experts mean all managers and employees of government organizations in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad provinces. Cluster sampling method was used and the sample size was determined through Cochran's formula. Results: The results showed that the model of high performance work systems in Iranian government organizations has four main themes: high performance work procedures, results, intermediary conditions and study context. Conclusion: The results of the analysis of research interviews in the context and context of high performance formation in government organizations showed that the context and context of high performance formation with the approach of reducing social void including high performance work procedures (procedures at the structural level and procedures at the team level), Context conditions (cultural context and organizational context) and mediating conditions (behavioral factors and psychological factors)
