Abstract :
Introduction:The main goal ofthis research wasThe Main Objective of the Present Research istoDevelop a Framework forPerformance Improvement of Sports Federations inIran:Organizational Transparencyas theKey toSuccess
Methods:The type of research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of research strategy.The statistical population of the qualitative research included experts in the field of sports management (professors and sports managers)who had experience in the field of transparency, and sampling continued until theoretical saturation(12people).In addition, sampling was carried out using a non-random and purposeful method.The statistical population in the quantitative section includes the president, vice president, secretary general, treasurer, inspector, board of directors, and expert experts of all sports federations(703 people).Based on the number of questions inthe measurement tool, 5 to 10 people were considered for each question, and finally 384 people were selected asa statistical sample.The sampling method of the research is cluster random sampling.The research instrumentwasa researcher-madequestionnaire, which was developed using a semi-structured interview
Results:The research findings showed that thefactors:information and technology management, lack of secrecy, accountability, employee participation,organizational whistleblowing, ethical values, combating administrative corruption, responsibilityand oversight,decision-making and organizational control have a significant impact on improving theperformance ofsports federations
Conclusion:It can be concluded that in orderto make organizational activities transparent, organizations need to replace traditional management methods with past ones.Inthis regard, if afundamental step is taken based onthe latest global experiences, organizations can both strive to improve their methods and develop their services, put people'sproductivityunderthe microscopeand strive toimprove
