Abstract :
In today’s fast-paced world, organizations act as the beating heart of society, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of the world. On the other hand, the environment, as a precious heritage for future generations, faces serious challenges. In this context, educational organizations-as institutions that nurture the future builders of society-bear a dual responsibility toward environmental health and improving the quality of life. Accordingly, this study aims to design and validate an organizational health model based on green culture in educational organizations. From the perspective of its objective, this is applied research conducted using a mixed-method approach. In terms of methodology and data collection timeframe, it is a cross-sectional survey study. The qualitative research population included 15 theoretical and practical experts in the field, while the quantitative phase incorporated the perspectives of 245 participants. Data collection tools consisted of semi-structured interviews and questionnaires. For data analysis, thematic analysis, interpretive structural modeling (ISM), and partial least squares (PLS) were employed. It is hoped that the findings of this study can assist managers and policymakers in educational organizations by providing actionable strategies to enhance organizational health and promote green culture within their institutions.
