Abstract :
The aim of this research is to identify and validate effective strategies on environmental policy-making based on green culture and its consequences in the Agricultural Jihad Organization. The research approach is a mixed research approach and uses a mixed exploratory method. The statistical population in the qualitative section was all executive and academic experts, both at the qualitative and quantitative levels (260 people). In the qualitative section, judgmental and snowball sampling was used, which was achieved by interviewing 19 people from the intended sample to obtain theoretical saturation. The sampling method in the quantitative section was stratified and available. The data collection tool was the interview in the first stage and after coding and identifying themes and indicators, a questionnaire was developed and used to validate the model. Data analysis in the qualitative section was carried out using content analysis, and in the quantitative section it was carried out with the help of LISREL software. The results of thematic analysis showed that the most important strategies have 3 concepts and 15 codes including financial policies, education, promotion and culture building, development of green innovation and the most important consequences have 4 concepts and 22 codes including economic, environmental, social and organizational consequences based on green culture. The results of factor analysis showed that the strategies and consequences of environmental policymaking based on green culture in the Agricultural Jihad Organization are effective.
