Differentiating components of economic crime versus financial crime

Abstract :
Economic and financial crimes are among the crimes that have affected the economy of society today and hinder the dynamic economic activity of society. Considering the various news about the occurrence of crimes in the field of economy and organizations these days, the necessity of studying this issue is felt. Since the view of the head of the judiciary is at the time of internal reforms and there are still ambiguities in the definition of economic crimes and financial crimes and their differentiation aspects, it is important to study this issue. The present study was conducted with the aim of studying financial crimes and economic crimes and their differentiation components. This study, which was conducted using the descriptive and analytical research method, shows that the country's legal system, considering the modern lifestyle and management system worldwide, needs to review and diagnose the gaps and ambiguities in the laws and legal system. Finally, it is suggested that a serious and more up-to-date study and examination should be carried out from the prevention stage, the occurrence of crime, the investigation and follow-up of criminal procedures and penalties.
