Abstract :

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of innovation culture on market performance with the role of mediator, marketing innovation and product innovation in manufacturing companies located in the Aras Free Trade and Industrial Zone. The present study is an applied research in terms of its purpose, a field research in terms of its data collection method, and a descriptive research in terms of its nature. The statistical population of the study includes all managers, research and development staff, and marketing and sales staff of manufacturing companies located in the Aras Free Trade and Industrial Zone. Based on statistics and information received from the Aras Free Trade and Industrial Zone Organization, there are 700 people. Simple random sampling method was used to select the statistical sample, and the sample size was obtained using the Morgan table of 248 people. The data collection tool is the standard questionnaire of Aksoy (2017). It has acceptable validity and reliability. The hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling (SEM) with the partial least squares (PLS) approach. The results of the hypothesis test show that innovation culture has an impact on market performance with a mediating role, marketing innovation, and product innovation in manufacturing companies.
