Comparative study of management methods and components on innovation management in Iranian government organizations from the perspective of managers and employees

Abstract :
Objective: This study was conducted with the aim of comparative study of management components on innovation management in Iranian government organizations from the perspectives of managers and experts.
Method: The research methodology was descriptive-exploratory and the research strategy was qualitative. In order to conduct semi-structured exploratory interviews and analyze data using the theme analysis method, the management components on innovation management from the perspectives of experts and managers were separated, identified, and then compared in a comparative manner. The research participants were employees and managers working in government organizations, and sampling continued until theoretical saturation occurred.
Findings: Medical factors and components on innovation management in Iranian government organizations from the perspective of managers include 5 dimensions and 29 components, and from the perspective of employees, 4 dimensions and 25 components. Comparative findings indicate that between the methods and components of the equipment on innovation management in Iranian government organizations from the perspectives and employees, components are known as points of difference, which include: identifying value-creating activities, understanding the complexities of innovation, foresight, resilience, assessing the state of innovation, paying attention to the requirements of time and cost management, identifying weaknesses and organization, reengineering processes, paying attention to customer needs, integrating organizational knowledge, using appropriate leadership style, freedom of action, resources, empathy, using the opinions of consultants and successful experiences.
Conclusion: The findings showed that the factors and components of the management organization on innovation management in the Iranian government from the perspectives and owners of common and different characteristics and components.
