Examining the manifestations of human rights in the works of Kazeo Ishiguro and Shahriar Mandanipour

Abstract :
One of the scientific and proven methods of criticizing literary texts is the interdisciplinary study of these works; Analysis of literary texts based on legal and sociological studies is one of the important types of interdisciplinary studies. This method of study causes the microscopic observation and scrutinization of the internal angles of literary texts; Therefore, in order to get to know an author as well as possible, interdisciplinary review and criticism of that text is necessary. In this thesis, considering the importance of legal issues in the formation of exciting literary stories and also the role of allegorical literature in introducing legal principles, to examine the reflection of the provisions of the Declaration of Human Rights in the fictional works of the Iranian modernist writer Shahriar Mandanipour and the Japanese writer. Kazeo Ishiguro is paid. The study method in this research is descriptive-analytical and the data collection method is library studies. For this purpose, some fictional works of these authors have been studied and analyzed. According to the findings of this research, among the most important provisions of human rights that Mandanipour and Ishiguro ordered their audience to observe, freedom and equality in terms of dignity and rights; The right to freedom and personal security, equality, justice and peace.
